What’s new? The entire lineup gets a bolder new look with a redesigned front fascia, grille, headlights and fog light covers.
Subaru offers a new optional gesture climate control system, allowing the driver to raise and lower the temperature through hand gestures. There’s a new Subaru Forester Wilderness trim with 9 inches of ground clearance to help tackle harsh terrain in stride. It has improved gear ratios for off-road performance, a re-tuned suspension, all new front and rear bumpers, matte black finish off-road wheels and Yokohama Geolandar tires plus a full size spare tire.
It comes equipped with a front view camera, improved dual-function X-Mode, all weather soft touch water repellent upholstery, more towing capacity of up to 3,000 pounds and a strengthened roof rack that can hold 800 pounds.
Subaru EyeSight Driver Assist Technology gets some new features including, upgraded camera sensors offering a broader view and a new automatic emergency steering system. We are driving the top Premier trim in Cascade Green with black and silver accents, chrome door handles, satin chrome door mirrors and 18” wheels.
The Subaru Forester has a 2.5L 4-cylinder engine matched with a CVT, 182 horsepower and 176 lb-ft of torque with standard AWD.
