What the critics have to say…
The 2021 Jaguar E-Pace is one of the more athletic choices in a very competitive class of small SUVs that includes the Mercedes GLB and GLC, BMW X1 and Volvo XC40. Overall, we think the E-Pace is worth checking out, especially if you prioritize performance and style.
— Edmunds
The E-Pace shares a platform with the Land Rover Range Rover Evoque (Land Rover is Jaguar’s corporate sibling) and is built in Austria by the same high-class 3rd-party constructor that produces the awesome Mercedes-Benz G-Class SUV.
HOW DOES IT DRIVE?
The E-Pace handles well with precise steering and lack of body roll. On bumpy roads the stiff suspension lets the road through, meaning you feel every bump, nook and cranny.
IS IT RELIABLE AND HIGH QUALITY?
Jaguar has historically been a brand with poor reliability, but the E-PACE may have solved that.
The Jaguar E-PACE has a predicted reliability score of 82 our of 100. A J.D. Power predicted reliability score of 91-100 is considered the Best, 81-90 is Great, 70-80 is Average, and 0-69 is Fair and considered below average.
aguar E-Pace Warranty

WHAT IS THE CARGO SPACE LIKE?
The E-Pace’s cargo capacity is respectable for a small luxury crossover. It provides 22.4 cubic feet of space behind the rear seats and 49.5 cubic feet with the rear seats folded down.
IS THIS VEHICLE A GOOD VALUE?
The E-Pace is an excellent vehicle that sits firmly in a segment with many other excellent vehicles. Is it a good value? It is if you want a Jaguar. If you are open to other brands then there may be better value options for you.

Yes, the Jaguar E-Pace is a good SUV. It is fun to drive and has a wonderful interior. It’s not perfect, however. Many class rivals have more spacious rear seats and get better gas mileage.
SHOULD I BUY THE jaguar e-pace?
As one of the most expensive vehicles in this segment it is tough to recommend it. It doesn’t lead in any category, which means you are paying more for less. Again, if you want a Jaguar, then this is a great choice. If not, then look at other options.
THE FINAL WORD
No matter what you prioritize in a vehicle there will be a better choice in this segment. That said, the E-pace has its own style and feel, which may well be worth making it your own.
